While she once considered a career in Law, her passion for well-being and the medical field led her to pursue a degree in Pharmacy, becoming a licensed professional at just 21 years old.
Naturally curious and growth-oriented, Laissy has never stopped learning. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise beyond her original field, developing strong foundations in leadership, diversity, and human-centered management.
Her career quickly evolved into leadership roles, where she gained hands-on experience guiding teams, solving complex challenges, and making strategic decisions. With over 15 years of professional experience, she has built a solid background in management, operations, and people development.
In 2018, Laissy made a bold decision to start a new chapter abroad. It was during this transition that she discovered her true passion: working with processes, numbers, optimization, and helping individuals and businesses grow with clarity and structure.
Today, her work is driven by purpose combining technical expertise with a personal, client-focused approach that makes every interaction meaningful and results-driven.
Outside of work, Laissy values continuous learning and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She has a deep appreciation for nature, a passion for reading, and a special interest in documentaries. Her favorite author is Jane Austen.
